Just pushed a small patch for the game, here's what it changes:
- Fixes a bug where Munera would stop attacking altogether on Nightmare difficulty
- Removes an exploit from the Grandfather fight that allowed you to completely avoid one of his phases
- Makes the Duessa fight slightly easier on Nightmare mode
